5201 Boulevard Saint-Laurent, Montréal, Québec H2T 2L9
Lawrence has been on my brunch list for awhile now but due to its popularity, I’ve had to postpone the visit until today. I’m happy to say that the wait was worth it as the food was delicious and the service was courteous and efficient. We got the Smoked Trout with Scrambled Eggs and the English Breakfast, which consists of a sausage, a fried egg, bacon, and bubble & squeak (potato and cabbage). Both were very good but what stood out the most for me was the bacon. It was the perfect combination of sweet, salty and smokey crispiness. With a rotating brunch menu (posts can be found on their Twitter), I will definitely be coming back to try their other dishes.
