I first discovered Dispatch in 2013, at The XX concert in Lachine Canal as a coffee truck. The latte I got was definitely to my liking; nutty roast and not too milky. Not to mention, the service was very friendly so I knew that Dispatch will do very well. Sure enough, it was not long after that that Dispatch grew to add a location at McGill University and now, its flagship cafe location near Parc Metro. Now a team of three (Chrissy, Chris and Jordan), Dispatch has a wealth of knowledge, passion and talent to contribute to the Montreal third wave coffee scene. More than just a coffee shop (it has its own lab and roaster), Dispatch might be what Montrealers need to lift the barrier between coffee production and consumer as well as give positive momentum to our young but bolstering coffee culture.
